In a few chassidish communities there is a fund. Not sure where you are from.

In West Hartford, Connecticut there is a nonprofit called "Volunteers in Psychotherapy"

Or, maybe there is someone on your health insurance?

I looked into that once.
There is an organization in America that pays for teens (or at least it was in existence a few years ago)
Nothing for adults -last I looked into it.
I once collected for a friend who's wife needed counseling..
Some Yeshivas have a fund for alumni in need..
Some Rabbonim have a fund for things like this as well.
