I really don't get it. I'm driving the car and cutting....I just don't get why it's so easy to find an excuse to cut but not so easy to find reason NOT to cut.....I'm cutting almost every hour I'm awake and tired, sore, and annoyed with the situation. Yet, when the hour hand hits the 12, I always find another reason I should or start panicking because I haven't cut yet. Most of the time I do it so I don't have a panic attack -- not necessarily for any good reason. Or I'll do it just to prove I still need help (like there's a possiblity I don't?????) I know I'll do it again today and use nutty family as an excuse as I saw them yesterday. But it's just that -- an excuse. I'm so frustrated. Does anyone know what I mean out there? Oh well, enough rambling.

I think I know what you mean, although I'm not you, so I probably can't know exactly...

But I want you to know that you're heard and understood to some extent...

Wish I could do more for you than just be there.............................

With you in your pain,
itsy

because it feels so good to cut
and it feels so hurtful to try to find the reason why you're not cutting
and it feels so hurtful to try to NOT cut.
and its always hard to do what's hard.
