Is too much going on a good reason to start si again? i'm thinking restartign (haven't done it ina few months) only becasue i can't keep the three ring circus together anymore and feel like maybe that will get it together again. dunno why it will. i think it iwll tho

Munkster - i'm really not the right person to be saying this now bec i'm also really struggling, but please dont. It's tempting but you dont really want to go there again.
Sorry i'm short on words - not doing so well...

Munkster, if you start SI again, you'll have that going on, too. It won't take things away from the three ring circus, but add a major dimension to it that I KNOW you prefer isn't there.

I remind myself of the guilt that I feel after every time I SI. The guilt is so overwhelming. Why cause yourself more emotional pain? You have enough going on; it's not worth adding more to it.

I don't feel any guilt with SI anymore. It's gone. I just do the SI and go on with life. I cover it so others are not uncomfortable and so my kids don't ask or know, but guilt, no. I think I'm gonna stay home today and rest. I KNOW that will help because part of the problem is exhaustion emotionally from being with people I don't want to be with.
