Did anyone besides for me notice how they feel better when they arent home? Like at work or out with friends?

I've been trying to analyze based on that do i eat different things? do i drink more liquids? Do i sit differently?

Yes some foods are known to be a problem but they arent a problem 100% of the time.
Yes drinking more liquids helps me often but not always.
Sitting up straight helps me no go to the bathroom as often... sometimes at home ill learn forward to the computer monitor and then all of sudden i urgently have to go to the bathroom. But again since this doesnt happen every time so i dont see it as a solution and doing all these 3 things doesnt heal me completely.

I've been noticing behavioral things like eating big meals vs small meals more often. If i dont eat for a long period of time than the above suggestions are more necessary but by eating more often i just naturally feel better and doesnt matter what i eat.

Also, when i get a fever and really feel bad i noticed that eating helps me. I usually dont have the strength to cook something at that time but when i do it has helped and temperature falls within 30min-1hour. (usually i'll just cook pasta since its easy)

Anyway i hope my rambling is helpful to someone and i hope more people start talking about their ideas so we can all figure out the best way to beat this.
