For so many here, Pesach is filled with gastronomic hurdles and hardships...Think matza for starters.

Based in the NY area, we were able to purchased "Chareidim Shmurah matza" which we remembered to be the THINNEST. It was paper-thin and easy to eat and digest, i think it really helped my system to 'regulate' and actually felt light on the stomach. This was the first pesach i went through with UC in remission, having been just diagnosed last yr - it was more pleasant food-wise than i could have imagined...BARUCH HASHEM!!

What was your Pesach like, food-wise and how did you manage? Please share!
