I understand that we all have different symptoms and there is no one solution for everyone. I've been experimenting with diets but i noticed that even the worst foods for me are not constantly bad. Also, as funny as it may sound but i feel worse when i'm at home and feel much better when i'm eating out or at someones home. So i've been noticing that it really helps me to walk/stand after the meal and not just plump down into a comfortable couch to be sitting/laying down. So i try to make an effort to walk every day at least 30-60 mins per day and i think it is especially helpful to walk after a heavy meal.

Maybe this advice can be helpful to someone and its really easy to try it and works right away.
