I have crohn's for a while and found that keeping away from dairy always helps. Good luck!

Some of that has to do with the cause of the bloating but if its gas, I have had goodluck with Lemon-Ginger Tea also Green Tea with Cat's Claw which is healing. Also aloe juice in small quanitities is helpful as is boswelia and Omega 3
Good luck and a sincere refuah shelayma to you

Xifaxan, an antibiotic really helped me with excess gas, which caused me to be bloated. You can ask your GI about this or other antibiotics against gas from Crohn's.

I think the key is to try to avoid it. Otherwise you are going to have to deal with medicines to resolve your issue. For me, dairy products cause my abdomen pain (as well as stress) and the failure to find time to actually try to go to the bathroom. You should watch your diet carefully and write down what you eat for a week. When you feel bloated, review your notes and start eliminating items one by one. Hopefully, you will narrow it down.
