How old is she? My hesitation with the Dennis Brown bar is that I think my son is too old for it. But for younger babies it is supposed to be an excellent therapy. We are in the process of getting a second opinion now because we don't think he will tolerate the bar.

If you are in the New York area there is an excellent orthotist I can recommend.

Physical therapy is supposed to be helpful but from everything I've been told it only helps, doesn't completely fix the torsion.
