Anybody find anything that works long term for a child with Spastic Bladder? We are successfully using "timed voiding" every 45 minutes with a wrist watch with a vibrating alarm (Shabbos and Yom Tov without it are frustrating for all of us). We have tried Ditropan - but the side affects are too extreme and affect his ability to concentrate, stay alert, think clearly, stay hydrated and it also decreases his fine motor skills and blurs his vision (makes school very difficult). I'd love a non-drug alternative, or perhaps something natural, or even the suggestion of a drug with fewer side effects that I can discuss with his physician. Thanks! B'Simcha

I have had this problem all my life.Yes Ditropan side effects are terrible. The only thing that helps me is extreme excersize.
