i have a seizure disorder so I take three meds- zonegran, lamictal, & keppra. For the past eleven years(thats when my seizures started happening again....I was born with a brain tumor, and starting having seizures at 8 months; had surgery at 2 years; sorry about giving all this personal info) I have had so much trouble sleeping. I checked the side effects of my medications....each mediaction(and I take them 2x a day) causes you to stay up. I have tried different sleeping pills, but nothing works.

Did you try them all? Often benzodiazepines like klonopin help people fal asleep. Also trazadone, lunesta and ambien. And Benadryl-2 pills .Benadryl has a little bit of a drying effect.
