My daughter is hypothyroid. Her thyroid medicine was increased due to low TSH. She complains sometimes about pain in the back of her eye. Except for vision problems, the ophthalmologist said that her eyes appear normal. Could her eye problems be from the hypothyroid condition or from the medicine? She also gets frequent headaches.

it can also be a separate vision problem. since it seems you already checked the health of the eyes, maybe have her evaluated by a developmental optometrist since the pain and headaches may be related to each other.
