Is there any otc meds to take for mild anxiety? Something I can get hold of in the health food store or pharmacy?

there's valerian.
even better is deep breathing, mindfulness, and changing your thoughts.

There is homeopathy. Ask at your local homeopathic pharmacy.

valerian isn't an option because I am still nursing my son
I will try the teas
