Many years ago...over 20 i believe, I had a therapist who quit on me after five years. I was very upset at the time. Now the odd thing is this: I still miss her a lot. I googled her and found out she died young . Is it normal to obsess over a therapist over such a long time???? I am assuming no but on the off chance it is please tell me. What do???

It can be normal if you had a close connection with her. Discussing this in a new therapy can help you move on by finding ways to keep her legacy alive in you in a healthy, positive way. As a therapist, she would have likely wanted that for you.
