I'm obsessing about cutting and burning and hurting myself. I have been for a few weeks. I haven't acted on it. But, I want to so badly!!!!!!!! So sad.

I guess I should say it's the first time I felt this bad in over a year....Progress considering I used to obsess on hurting and killing myself. But that is of little comfort in the moment.

Teddybear, Im going to guess from that question you just asked that you are seriously considering cutting, if you dont already...
Im not totaly sure whats wrong with cutting, but I do know from experience that its addicting and it never ends up being "just this once". I know that it takes a lot of pain to make someone want to self injure, and that pain needs to be dealt with in a healthy way, a way that will help in general, not just in the moment. I know that one wrong nick and you can die C"V . I know that we are always taught to use our words, not our hands, and expressing pain should be no different.
So whats going on Teddybear?
