I couldn't finding a category for PMS. Is it too delicate a topic for the site?

I dont think it's an actual condition... It's just one of those things that happens and we have no choice but to live with it. Unless it becomes really severe, in which case you can talk to Dr. Lynn in the Mental Health forum!

The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-IV (DSM) adds premenstrual syndrome (PMS) as an identifiable disorder

Have you ever considered progesterone supplementation? It should be done under supervision of a reproductive endocronologist. However, your best bet is to go with a practitioner who has a holistic approach. The medical profession has its good points but with pms they will generally treat the symptom, suppress the symptom. It's important to treat the underlying problem. I am highly satisfied with my doctor's care. If you want more info I'll be glad to provide it.

r u serious? of course its a real thing, have any of u ever taken birthcontrol? its on the box as 1 of the side affects. anyways of course its real, its not just in ur head when u have like killer cramps and the dr gives u narcotics for it.........
