1. I've been taking 6MP for about 9 months now, and have not had loss of apetite or nausea. However, side effects of a medication can always be very individual. Call your doctor right away to make sure there's no problem ch"v!!

2. I'm on the diet now for about 5 months and it's working pretty well (or is it the 6MP?...) Are you doing the diet by yourself, or is someone experienced helping/guiding you? If you need the name and number of the person who's helping me I can give it to you, she's very helpful and patient.

I am not new to the diet as i have done it during my last two flares.... I started it 7years ago. In the past the diet worked so well for me that i hardly need to be on meds. Thsi time it is not working the same for me and especially with the nausea and no appetiate. I think i need to take a break from it for now untill i am starting to feel better. how bad do you think that it?
