There is a lady in Monsey who does it and also sells products that you can eat on the diet.
I am sure someone in Monsey can post her number, i don't have it handy.

I got a copy of her diet but it's so general. I sometimes want to use an ingredient but I'm not sure if it's good since it's not on the "foods to avoid" list and neither on the "foods to eat" list. I live in Israel and I can't call her everytime I have I a question. I tried it for a week and then gave up.

There are many diets and things to consider...

1)Fatty food, avoid any hydrogenated oils or even partially hydrogenated oils. Use Canolla oil and dont buy cooked foods especially snacks.
2)Dairy, even people without cd complain about it and if you want it try to find Ultra pasteurized things and low in fat content.
3)Sugar, you know its bad for everyone so try avoiding it for a few days and see if it helps you.
4)Raw Fruits/Veggies, some of them dont get digested well and some cause bloating so be careful and find what works or doesnt work for you.
5)Liquids, drink plenty of them and my new experiment shows that its 5x better to drink water than other drinks.
6)Carbs, people here tend to think its bad for us while i think its good so try it on yourself.

Remember everything in moderation... so don't overeat and don't go for more than 3 hours without food.
